From the book of Psalms 94:19 :
When anxiety was great within me, your consolation brought me joy.
From the Gospel of Matthew 15:19-20a :
For out of the heart proceed evil thoughts, murders, adulteries, fornications, thefts, false witness, blasphemies: These are the things which defile a man…
How difficult it is for humans to keep their heads above water! Ignorance and the various conditioning we have been immersed in since birth have generated many undesirable situations in our lives. Setbacks. Worries of all kinds. Problems. Quite often, it is easy to detect that something is wrong; we can even determine the concern. However, finding the exact source or cause always remains a perilous and delicate exercise for almost all human beings.
Just like the God who created him, man is an eternal creator. At every moment, we create our own reality. This is the inheritance, the great gift that has been given to us to contribute our part to the construction of this process called life. But everything that manifests in our lives comes from a thought. A root thought which itself is generated by the imagination of the mind facing a situation… This first stone in building our problem today may go back as far as our memory allows… to that moment when everything seemed fine; at that moment when something subtle had happened and we may have unconsciously started emitting denser energy…
But it is true that man is not often patient enough to go back so far in time… Most of the time, we go back to the first illusory thought that appears to be the source of our affliction… And we stay there. And we miss the target, which means that the exact cause is not found; neither is the solution! Because to find the true solution to a problem, one must discover its true meaning. And this can only be found at the furthest point where the problem originated in an individual’s imagination… That’s why today, the Lord exhorts us to practice determining the root thought of each situation in order to remedy it properly. But how do we do it?
It is through silent meditation. First, one must calm their mind. And to do this, one must accept the situation as it is, whatever it may be! Then one soothes their heart and in this dimension of connection with their soul, they ask themselves a question. Our soul is the only entity within us capable of retracing all steps taken and indicating exactly when all this began. Our heart knows. It knows exactly what answer we are seeking. And when this revelation comes forth, we can begin the true healing process. We will know then that we are solely and uniquely responsible for what has happened due to energy that started emanating from us since that day… Obviously, this will allow us to readjust ourselves and change any grandiose idea about ourselves so as to elevate towards light a little more.
